By creating an account or purchasing a plan on seoshope.com / app.seoshope.com you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose — please actually read them; they're short.
1. The service
SEOShope provides shared ("group buy") access to third-party software subscriptions through a managed dashboard and Chrome extension. Shared access can conflict with tool vendors' own terms of service — a gray area we disclose openly. Sessions may occasionally be reset by vendors; our uptime target is 99.9% and our remedy for extended downtime is the Refund Policy. All third-party names and logos (SEMrush, Moz, Canva, Grammarly, OpenAI and others) are trademarks of their respective owners; SEOShope is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your login private, and use the service only if you are 18+ (or with a guardian's consent). One membership is for one person.
3. Acceptable use
The following result in a permanent ban without refund, because they endanger every member's access: sharing your account with others; accessing via VPN, proxy or RDP; reselling or sublicensing access; automated scraping or bulk extraction beyond fair-use limits; self-referral abuse of the affiliate program; and any unlawful use. Dynamic IPs from your own location are fine.
4. Fair-use limits
Daily limits on reports, queries or downloads apply per member so tools stay fast for everyone. Limits may be adjusted to keep the service stable.
5. Payments & renewal
Plans are billed monthly in advance via UPI (INR) or PayPal/Binance (USD) with no lock-in. Prices may change with notice on the website; changes apply from your next billing cycle. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you.
6. Refunds & cancellation
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (48-hour downtime rule). Cancel any time by not renewing or messaging support; access runs to the end of the paid period.
7. Intellectual property
The seoshope.com website, dashboard, extension and content are our property. The tools you access remain the property of their vendors under their own terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". Beyond the Refund Policy, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that any tool vendor will maintain particular features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the month the issue arose. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service.
9. Termination, law & changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [Your City, State — e.g., Hyderabad, Telangana] having jurisdiction (set your actual jurisdiction before publishing).
