Refund Policy

We'd rather answer every question before you pay than argue about refunds after — so please clear any doubts with live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram first. Where things genuinely go wrong on our side, this policy explains exactly what we refund and how.

The short version

If tools included in your purchase stay non-functional for more than 48 hours after you report the issue, you're eligible for a refund. Change-of-mind after access is delivered, and bans caused by rule violations, are not refundable.

What qualifies for a refund

A refund is issued when the tool or plan you paid for doesn't work for more than 48 continuous hours after you've reported it to support and our team has verified the downtime, or when you've been charged twice for the same order (verified duplicate payments are always returned in full).

What does not qualify

Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after access has been delivered; accounts banned for violating the rules you agreed to at signup (account sharing, VPN/proxy/RDP access, self-referral abuse); brief vendor resets restored within 48 hours — these are a normal part of every group buy; changes a tool vendor makes to its own features or limits, which are outside our control; and the unused portion of a month after you cancel, since billing is monthly with no lock-in.

How to request a refund

Message live chat, WhatsApp (+91 94904 90174) or Telegram with your registered email address, the payment reference or order ID, and the tool affected. The team verifies the downtime against our logs and confirms the outcome with you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI, PayPal or Binance) within 5–7 business days (adjust this window to your actual process before publishing). UPI refunds usually arrive faster; PayPal and crypto timings depend on the processor.
