Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information SEOShope ("we", "us") collects when you use seoshope.com and app.seoshope.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run your membership, we never sell your data, and we never see your card or UPI credentials.
Information we collect
Account information. Your name and email address when you sign up, and your chosen plan.
Payment information. Payments are processed by your UPI app, PayPal or Binance. We receive only a payment reference and status — we never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or wallet keys.
Usage information. Login times, which tools you launch and fair-use activity counts. We use this to keep sessions stable, enforce fair-use limits and investigate abuse — not to inspect the content of your work.
Cookies & analytics. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand site traffic. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
The Chrome extension
Our extension exists for one purpose: authenticating your dedicated tool sessions so you never handle passwords. It operates on the tool sites you launch from your dashboard (review this section against your extension's actual permissions before publishing).
How we use information
To provide and maintain your access, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, enforce our terms (including one-user-per-account and no-VPN rules), announce service updates, and improve the platform.
Sharing
We share data only with payment processors (to complete your transaction), infrastructure providers that run our dashboard and sessions, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Retention & security
Account records are kept while your membership is active and afterwards as needed for accounting and dispute resolution. Access to member data is limited to the support and operations team, and sessions are isolated per member by design.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time via WhatsApp, live chat or email. Note that some records must be retained for accounting even after account deletion.
Third-party tools & children
The tools you access through SEOShope are operated by their own vendors under their own privacy policies. Our service is not directed to children under 16.
