DMCA Policy & Copyright Complaints

SEOShope respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law, we respond to valid copyright complaints about content hosted on seoshope.com and will remove or disable access to material shown to be infringing.

Quick summary

Found content on seoshope.com that infringes your copyright? Email a complete DMCA notice to [email protected] (replace with your real inbox before publishing) or reach us via the contact page. We review notices promptly — typically within 5 business days — and act on valid ones.

How to file a copyright complaint

For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include all of the following:

1. Your work
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
2. The material
The exact URL(s) on seoshope.com where the allegedly infringing material appears, with enough detail for us to locate it.
3. Your contact details
Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
4. Good-faith statement
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Signature
Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens after you file

We review every complete notice, and where a claim is valid we remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing information. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages — so file accurately.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing: identification of the removed material and its former location; your name, address and phone number; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error; consent to the jurisdiction of your local court; and your signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

A note about third-party tools

SEOShope provides access to third-party software and content platforms. Complaints about content that lives on a vendor's own platform (for example, an image inside a stock library) should be directed to that vendor. This page covers content hosted on seoshope.com itself. Repeat infringers on our platform have their accounts terminated.
